I have more than 30 years of experience supporting individuals dealing with Autism & Intellectual Disabilities in both school and private practice settings. I specialize in depression, anxiety, & OCD. My role at FACTS entails running social/support groups for people who have Autism & depression as well as providing clinical supervision for provisionally licensed therapists.

Denise Capurso, LCSW (TX)
Denise Capurso brings over 25 years of clinical experience to her role as a supervisor, with a strong foundation in trauma recovery and relational healing. Her expertise includes evidence-based modalities such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Polyvagal Theory. Denise is passionate about supporting LMSWs in building confidence, refining their clinical judgment, and developing a clear, compassionate voice. She’s equally committed to reducing barriers to supervision—creating an inclusive, encouraging space where meaningful growth can happen.

Delliah Adesanya, LCSW (IL, TX, CA, MI, IN, PA)
Prior to establishing FACTS, I began my career as an ABA therapist and later as school social worker providing support for children and families. I now specialize in psychological evaluation as well as treating overcontrolled behaviors such as PTSD, OCD, OCPD, ADHD, anxiety, & depression. Additionally, I specialize in mindset coaching & at FACTS I serve as both a mentor & clinician.

I am a Licensed Social Worker, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CACD), Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist, Women’s Mental Health Care Specialist, Registered Medical Assistant, published author, and Associate Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider. My professional foundation began in behavioral health with adults, adolescents, families, LGBTQIA+ clients, marginalized communities, justice-involved individuals, and clients experiencing substance use disorders. I also have extensive experience working with individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, emotional dysregulation, reentry barriers, identity concerns, relationship stress, and co-occurring mental health needs. In 2025, I became an Associate Licensed Sex Offender Treatment Provider, supporting safe community reintegration in collaboration with the Illinois Department of Corrections. In 2026. I enjoy learning and I am currently studying functional medicine and preparing for LCSW licensure, with plans to begin Doctor of Social Work studies at Kentucky State University in Spring 2027. My clinical approach is client-centered, culturally responsive, nonjudgmental, strength-based, and clinically grounded. I integrate somatic awareness and whole-person wellness to help clients recognize their strengths, identify emotional, relational, behavioral, as well as develop practical tools for sustainable healing.
